Faults will be dealt with in order of urgency, for example no hot water/heating is not treated as an emergency, and will be dealt with usually within 48hrs depending on our contractors work load, and whether its out of hours or within hours.

KEYS!  If you have lost your keys or are locked out of your property or your key is damaged, please also report below, we will only attend your property with keys in office hours 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday subject to staff being available and there will be a charge of £25.00 for this, plus the cost of new keys, there is no charge if the lock has failed.

We cannot guarantee a time due to staff demand, if its an emergency or you are locked in/out we would recommend calling a locksmith at your own expense, and obtain a report from the locksmith as to the cause of damage/lock fail and we may look to reimburse you if the lock has failed at our/landlords discretion, this does not include lost or damaged keys.

Out of office hours you will be required to call a locksmith at your own expense and provide us with new keys the next working day.

Please think carefully before reporting a fault, and check for user error first, because if a call out is generated and there is no fault present other than user error a charge will be made to the tenant, usually an out of hours call out could cost £90.00.
